OPAC member subscription is free-of-charge, the subscriber is only needed to fill the basic personal information clearly, and you can become an OPAC member.
OPAC members will receive OPAC newsletter and latest special offers from time to time.
To safeguard your rights, please ensure to fill out all detailed information on membership, if the mailing address and contact telephone numbers change, you should update your personal information online. You shall not be denied or refused to pay for purchases on the grounds of inconsistent of information. OPAC members agreed to conduct any subscription or purchase activities based on electronic information as revealed online as recorded by the system, and if any dispute occurs, we will settle the dispute based on that electronic transaction information as recorded.
For any purchase up-to or above HK$300, free delivery is provided for order within Hong Kong area except outlying islands (subject to changes from time to time without prior notice, please refer to OPAC latest release.)
11.Shipping and returns
If the user notifies any problems of OPAC product, you can call us directly at (852) 2343 2349. If our technicians confirm that the case is of OPAC product deficiency, we will arrange for good returns or exchanges immediately without any additional charges.
